TOPBOOKNUT guarantees the condition of every item as it is described on our Web Site. We understand that ordering used books over the Web, sight unseen, requires trust. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your books in their original condition within 14 days (post-marked) of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us directly - we promise to do everything we can to make things right.
Processing a Return:
• To return an item, you must e-mail Returns@topbooknut.com or click on
Contact Us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period. TOPBOOKNUT will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. To receive a refund for any purchase from TOPBOOKNUT with which you are not satisfied, return the item (post-marked) to TOPBOOKNUT within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders, or 30 days for international orders. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
• Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned item to TOPBOOKNUT. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in the same condition that the item was received and will include the original packaging material,. If any accessory of the returned item is missing, TOPBOOKNUT's Return Procedure will be breached and TOPBOOKNUT will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing accessory. We recommend that you rewrap the item in its original packaging for return shipment, as merchandise should be returned in the original condition described. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return for fastest processing and shipping refund, if applicable. We will send you an e-mail to notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in two to three weeks from our receipt of your return.
• TOPBOOKNUT will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error. Example: Wrong item sent.
• Products being returned for a refund must be received by TOPBOOKNUT prior to 14 days from delivery date. Returns received after the 14 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.
